Anthropic Claude Partner Network: Services Track and Partner Hub

Anthropic has launched the Services Track and the Claude Partner Hub to standardize how enterprises identify and verify the expertise of firms helping them move Claude into production. These additions to the Claude Partner Network aim to bridge the gap between successful AI pilots and scalable, production-ready business systems.

The Services Track Tiered Structure

The Services Track is a tiered system that categorizes partners based on their proven delivery record and certified expertise. Every firm, regardless of size, is measured against the same set of requirements to ensure a consistent standard of quality.

Tier Requirements

Partners are classified into one of three tiers based on the depth of their Claude practice:

  • Select: The entry level for partnership. Requires at least 10 active certified individuals, 2 joint customers deployed in production within the last 12 months, and 1 public customer story.
  • Preferred: For firms with deeper practices. Requires at least 100 active certified individuals, 15 deployed joint customers, and 3 public stories.
  • Global Premier: The top tier for firms with the deepest practices. Requires at least 1,000 active certified individuals, 100 deployed joint customers across three or more regions, 15 public customer stories, and a joint business plan with named executive sponsors.

Verification Metrics

Anthropic verifies partner standing every quarter using three primary metrics:

  1. Certified Practitioners: The number of individuals holding a current Anthropic certification (earned via the Anthropic Partner Academy) who have used Claude in the past 90 days.
  2. Production Deployments: The number of customers the firm has successfully taken live with Claude.
  3. Public Endorsements: The number of published customer stories where clients vouch for the firm's work.

The Claude Partner Hub

The Claude Partner Hub is a portal that serves as both a management tool for partners and a discovery tool for customers.

For Customers

The Hub features a public directory where customers can evaluate potential partners by viewing their tier, certified team size, customer deployments, and public references.

For Partners

Partners can monitor their standing against published requirements via a dashboard refreshed daily. Additionally, partners can connect the Hub to Claude using a new MCP connector, allowing them to query their partnership status, deal registration, and certification counts directly through a conversation with the AI.

Partner Program Economics and Governance

Anthropic has committed $100 million to fund partner training, shared marketing, and dedicated technical support. The program is designed to be predictable and transparent:

  • Separation of Practice and Sales: Tier standing is based on technical practice (certifications and deployments), while new business referrals are rewarded separately through deal protection and referral credits.
  • Promotion Schedule: Promotions occur twice a year (January 1 and July 1), with an additional review scheduled for October 1, 2026.
  • Demotion Process: Firms may move down a tier only during the annual December 31 review, following a 90-day notice period and an opportunity to rectify the gap.

Ecosystem Adoption

Several global professional services firms have already integrated Claude into their internal operations and client offerings:

  • Accenture: Training 30,000 professionals.
  • Cognizant: Rolled out to approximately 350,000 associates.
  • Deloitte: Available to 470,000 people globally.
  • KPMG: Integrating across a workforce of over 276,000.
  • Infosys: Building industry-specific Claude-powered agents.
  • PwC: Deploying Claude Code and Cowork, starting with US teams before expanding globally.
