Anthropic and Deloitte Partnership
Anthropic and Deloitte have expanded their alliance to make Claude available to more than 470,000 people across Deloitte's global network. This collaboration marks Anthropic's largest enterprise AI deployment to date and focuses on scaling AI pilots into production through the creation of specialized implementation frameworks and industry-specific solutions.
Large-Scale Enterprise Deployment and Training
Deloitte is integrating Claude across its global network to support a wide range of functions, including software development, coding, customer engagement, and industry-specific advisory. To support this transition, the partnership includes two primary operational pillars:
- Claude Center of Excellence: Deloitte is establishing a Center of Excellence staffed by trained specialists. This center will develop implementation frameworks, share leading practices across deployments, and provide the technical support necessary to move AI pilots to production at scale.
- Professional Certification: Deloitte and Anthropic are co-creating a formal certification program designed to train and certify 15,000 professionals on the use and implementation of Claude. These certified practitioners will support both Deloitte's internal AI transformation and external Claude implementations for clients.
Solutions for Regulated Industries
Anthropic and Deloitte are co-developing AI solutions specifically for companies operating in highly regulated sectors, such as healthcare and life sciences, financial services, and public services.
These solutions aim to provide increased transparency into model decision-making by combining Claude's safety-first design with Deloitte's Trustworthy AI’ framework. The goal is to build tools that include specific compliance features required for enterprise-grade deployment in sensitive industries.
Strategic Alignment on Responsible AI
The partnership is driven by a shared commitment to safety, reliability, and principled AI. According to Paul Smith, Chief Commercial Officer of Anthropic, Claude was selected because enterprises require the "compliance and control" necessary for complex, critical work.
Ranjit Bawa, Global Technology and Ecosystems & Alliances Leader at Deloitte Global, stated that the investment is based on an alignment in the approach to responsible AI, noting that "enterprise AI should be both powerful and principled."
"Deloitte chose Claude because they need trusted AI that can help their employees and clients across industries and on a global scale—from coding and software development to customer engagement and industry-specific advisory," said Paul Smith, Chief Commercial Officer of Anthropic.
