Job hunting is often a manual, repetitive process of tracking applications in spreadsheets and sending generic resumes. career-ops automates the evaluation of job listings, the tailoring of CVs, and the tracking of applications, allowing candidates to use AI to filter for the best opportunities rather than just being filtered by company AI.

How it works

The system runs locally within an AI coding CLI (such as Claude Code, Codex, or Antigravity CLI). It uses Playwright to navigate career pages and reason about the fit between a user's CV and a job description. It operates as an agentic pipeline that evaluates offers into structured reports, generates ATS-optimized PDFs, and maintains a single source of truth for all applications. The user remains "human-in-the-loop," meaning the AI recommends and evaluates, but the user makes the final decision to apply.
