How it works

The system operates as a self-hosted application (deployable via Docker) that integrates with AI models via Ollama for local processing or through cloud providers like OpenAI and DeepSeek. It uses an AI Assistant chat panel to perform tasks such as resume reviews, job matching, and cover letter generation. It also includes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, allowing external AI agents like Claude Desktop to add jobs and interview questions directly to the database.
