Anthropic and DXC Technology Global Alliance

Anthropic and DXC Technology have entered into a multi-year global alliance to integrate Claude into the mission-critical systems of highly regulated industries. This partnership aims to deploy Claude within the infrastructure of the world's largest banks, airlines, insurers, manufacturers, and government agencies, ensuring compliance with strict security and regulatory requirements.

Internal Validation and the DXC OASIS Platform

DXC Technology validated Claude's capabilities within its own internal operations before extending the technology to its clients. A primary outcome of this internal implementation is DXC OASIS, an AI-native orchestration platform for managed services launched in April 2026.

Claude serves as the default foundation model powering the agentic workflows within DXC OASIS. Furthermore, Claude was the primary tool used to build the platform; DXC estimates that software development was accelerated by a factor of 10, with more than 95% of the code generated by Claude and subsequently reviewed by software engineers. DXC OASIS currently serves over 50 customers.

Claude-Certified Engineer Program

To scale the deployment of Claude, DXC is establishing a program to train and certify tens of thousands of forward-deployed engineers (FDEs). These engineers will be embedded directly within customer organizations to implement AI solutions.

Certification is handled through a combination of the Anthropic Academy and a specialized DXC curriculum tailored to the mission-critical systems operated by DXC's customers. This ensures that engineers possess both the general AI capabilities and the specific domain expertise required for regulated environments.

Strategic Implementation Areas

DXC is prioritizing the integration of Claude across four key operational areas:

• Insurance: Deploying agentic solutions and modernizing core systems based on specific customer business contexts and strategic needs.
• Modernization as a Service (MaaS): Utilizing Claude to analyze, refactor, and modernize legacy codebases with higher speed and accuracy than traditional methods.
• Cybersecurity: Developing an always-on security engineer subagent powered by Claude Security for deployment across security operations centers (SOCs) within the OASIS platform.
• Application Services: Embedding Claude-powered OASIS agents directly into the application maintenance and management environments operated for enterprise customers.

Industry Implications

This alliance combines DXC's experience in managing legacy systems for the world's largest organizations with Anthropic's AI technology. As Raul Fernandez, CEO of DXC Technology, stated:
