OpenYao public skills collection: reusable AI assets for decision-making, business analysis, tutorials, research evidence gathering, and document generation.

What it solves

It transforms fragmented AI prompts into stable, reusable, and evaluable "AI assets" called Skills. Instead of focusing on the dialogue process, it focuses on delivering real, professional outcomes for complex tasks like business analysis, strategic decision-making, security auditing, and educational content generation.

How it works

The project acts as a curated repository of specialized AI Skills. Each Skill is a structured package containing the logic, prompts, and execution boundaries required to solve a specific problem. The system uses a registry to manage these assets and provides scripts to generate professional reports in multiple formats (HTML, PDF, DOCX, Markdown). It separates the "meta-methodology" (how to create skills) from the "product layer" (the actual skills available for use).

Who it’s for

It is designed for researchers, business analysts, decision-makers, and learners who need AI to produce high-quality, structured deliverables rather than simple chat responses.
