career-ops transforms the tedious and manual process of job searching into an AI-powered pipeline. It helps candidates filter out low-quality offers, avoid "ghost jobs," and automate the creation of tailored application materials without resorting to "spray-and-pray" tactics.

How it works

The system integrates with AI coding CLIs (such as Claude Code, Codex, or Grok Build CLI) to act as a command center. It uses Playwright to navigate career portals and evaluate job descriptions against a user's CV and career story. Instead of simple keyword matching, it uses reasoning to score roles on a scale of 1-5 across five dimensions, generating structured reports (Blocks A-H) that include legitimacy checks and interview preparation.
