What it solves

This project provides a comprehensive set of AI agent skills to automate and optimize the entire job-hunting process. It addresses the common friction points of searching for roles, analyzing job descriptions, tailoring resumes, preparing for behavioral interviews, comparing multiple offers, and negotiating salaries.

How it works

The toolkit is a collection of six specialized sub-skills (each with its own SKILL.md and prompts) that can be dropped into an AI agent's skills directory (such as Claude Code or VS Code). A top-level router directs the user's request to the specific tool based on the intent:

  • Job Hunt Skill: Searches public sources and generates a deduplicated, searchable HTML job list.
  • Job Description Skill: Analyzes a JD and resume to produce an Offer Strategy report on fit and gaps.
  • Resume Skill: Polishes or builds a resume and renders it into one of 12 print-ready templates.
  • BQ Skill: Helps users build a story bank using STAR/CAR methods and predicts company-specific behavioral questions.
  • Soffer Compare Skill: Evaluates multiple offers based on total compensation (TC), growth, and risk to provide a recommendation.
  • Salary Negotiation Skill: Diagnoses leverage and generates negotiation scripts and playbooks.
