s1dashu/ip-as-logo-skill

A compact Agent Skill for highly simplified, rounded, subtly neo-skeuomorphic IP mascot logos.

What it solves

It provides a standardized way for AI agents to generate simplified, personified mascot logos. It solves the problem of AI image generators producing overly complex illustrations or inconsistent styles by enforcing strict design constraints for bold silhouettes, limited color palettes, and specific compositions.

How it works

The project is an "Agent Skill"—a set of instructions (contained in a SKILL.md file) that any compatible AI agent can adopt. It guides the agent through a specific workflow: proposing three design directions based on user input or product context, and then generating six independent, high-resolution square images. It enforces technical constraints such as using only 6-10 basic shapes, a three-color semantic palette, and a specific 75-85% lower-corner crop.

Who it’s for

Designers and product owners who want to create consistent, minimal mascot logos using AI agents without needing to manually prompt for every technical design constraint.

Highlights

  • Strict Design Rules: Enforces bold rounded silhouettes and rejects illustration-level complexity or excessive 3D volume.
  • Controlled Color Palette: Defaults to three semantic colors (two for the IP and one for the background) using OKLCH target bands for restrained chromaticity.
  • Structured Workflow: Moves from context inspection to proposing three directions, then generating six distinct candidates.
  • Agent Agnostic: Designed to work with any compatible AI agent via the open Agent Skills format.
