Product management workflows grounded in Lenny's Podcast, for Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
What it solves
Product managers often face recurring tasks—pricing, writing specs, prioritizing roadmaps, or making decisions—but lack a structured, expert-backed way to tackle them. This project packs 25 common PM workflows, each distilled from 340 episodes of Lenny's Podcast, so you can bring messy raw material (a pricing page, a PRD, interview notes, a survey export) and get a polished deliverable (a pricing plan, a shaped spec, a research synthesis, a decision memo) without starting from scratch.
How it works
Each skill is a self-contained instruction set that an AI assistant (like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor) can follow. You provide your work in progress, the assistant asks up to four clarifying questions about your stage, customer, goal, and constraints, then runs a structured workflow: it diagnoses the situation, picks an appropriate framework from the skill's references, works through concrete steps, and optionally grades your existing artifact to give you the three most useful fixes. Every skill includes source material—attributed frameworks and verbatim quotes with timestamps from podcast guests—so you can trust the reasoning. Installation differs by tool: Claude Code uses a plugin, while others clone the repo and copy skill folders into a personal skills directory.
Who it's for
Product managers, product leaders, and founders who use AI coding assistants or AI chat tools and want a repeatable, expert-guided way to complete PM tasks. It's also useful for anyone learning PM frameworks, since each skill attributes ideas to specific practitioners and explains where experts disagree.
