What it solves
It solves the difficulty of maintaining narrative consistency, authorial voice, and professional craft standards when writing long-form fiction with AI. It prevents common AI writing pitfalls—such as generic prose and continuity errors—by providing a structured system of specialized agents and craft-based skills.
How it works
The project uses a coordinator agent called "muse" that orchestrates a suite of specialized worker agents. These agents handle specific stages of the writing process:
- Explore & Plan: Brainstormers, character simulators, and outliners help develop the story architecture.
- Draft & Revise: A writer agent produces prose, while critics, editors, and reader-simulators provide adversarial feedback and holistic editorial passes.
- Knowledge Management: A dedicated knowledge base (kb) tracks characters, world lore, and timelines, while a style-creator analyzes existing prose to ensure the AI matches the user's specific voice.
Who it’s for
Novelists, short story writers, and serial fiction authors who want to use AI as a sophisticated creative partner rather than a simple text generator.
Highlights
- Voice Replication: Creates style files from existing prose to ensure new drafts match the author's voice.
- Continuity Tracking: A dedicated continuity-checker and knowledge base prevent contradictions in the story canon.
- Specialized Agent Roles: Separate agents for drafting, deep adversarial critique, and simulating reader reactions.
- Craft-Driven: Includes specific skills for "llm-writing" to avoid generic AI defaults and preserve rhythm and ambiguity.
- Multi-Platform Support: Compatible with Claude Code, Cowork, Meridian, and Claude.ai.
