  2. Planning: The AI generates a detailed outline, character profiles, and a machine-readable writing plan (JSON).
  3. Execution: Users choose a writing mode (Serial, Sub-Agent Parallel, or Agent Teams). The AI then automatically writes chapters (3,000-5,000 words each), applying polishing to remove "AI-style" phrasing.
  4. Validation: A final automated check verifies word counts and narrative coherence, triggering rewrites for any failing sections (up to 3 rounds).
