The plugin acts as an interface for independently installed AI agent CLIs (such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode). It runs these agents as child processes to handle chat and editing tasks. For advanced knowledge management, it offers an opt-in "Knowledge Brain" workflow that uses a specialized runtime to index and query vault content. It also provides cloud-based publishing tools that convert Markdown notes into shareable web links or formatted drafts for external platforms.
