How it works

The system operates as a decomposable pipeline that connects to various AI models via an OpenAI-compatible gateway. It processes content through several key stages:

  1. Ingestion & Planning: Parses manuscripts into story graphs of characters and relationships, then plans episode arcs and narrative pacing.
  2. Asset Management: Maintains a library of characters, scenes, and props to ensure visual and auditory identity consistency across episodes.
  3. Production: Generates scripts, creates stylized storyboards and first frames, and synthesizes emotion-aware voice-overs.
  4. Composition: Assembles the final video with subtitles and exports the full asset pack.

It also features a node-based "Freezone" canvas for experimental generation and a "Director World" (using 3GS) to maintain spatial consistency in virtual sets.
