How it works

The project is implemented as a set of eleven specialized "Agent Skills" designed to run in environments that support the Agent Skill specification (such as Claude Code or Codex). Instead of a monolithic GUI, it uses a file-based approach where each episode is maintained via five core Markdown files: script, visual settings, storyboard, image prompts, and video prompts.

The workflow follows a linear progression:

1. Analysis & Development: Analyzing source novels and creating a "episode map."
2. Writing: Generating scripts for individual episodes.
3. Asset & Visuals: Defining characters, scenes, and props, and creating reference image prompts.
4. Storyboarding: Creating formal storyboards and freezing keyframes.
5. Production: Translating storyboards into video prompts and executing production tasks (TTS, image, video) only after explicit user confirmation.
6. Editing: Organizing generated clips into a final edited piece.
