THU-MAIC/OpenMAIC
Open Multi-Agent Interactive Classroom — Get an immersive, multi-agent learning experience in just one click
What it solves
OpenMAIC transforms static topics or documents into immersive, interactive classrooms. It eliminates the manual effort of creating educational content by using AI to automatically generate structured lessons, including slides, quizzes, and simulations, delivered by AI teachers and classmates.
How it works
The platform uses multi-agent orchestration to plan and build curricula. Users can provide a simple prompt or upload materials (documents, audio, video). An agent workbench allows users to chat with an AI to plan, revise, and steer the course creation process. The system then generates a variety of learning scenes, such as interactive HTML simulations and project-based learning (PBL) activities, which are delivered via a classroom interface featuring AI agents that can speak (TTS) and draw on a whiteboard.
Who it’s for
It is designed for educators, learners, and content creators who want to quickly turn raw information into a structured, interactive learning experience.
