PocketRisu/PocketRisu
Self-hosted AI roleplay chat platform you run on your PC or personal server, forked from Risuai
What it solves
PocketRisu provides a self-hosted platform for AI-driven roleplay chat, removing the need for external cloud dependencies and allowing users to access their chat environment across multiple devices (PC, tablet, and smartphone) via a web browser.
How it works
It operates as a server installed on a PC or personal server that manages all data—including characters, chats, and settings—within a single SQLite database. It connects to various AI providers (such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Ollama) to generate responses. Because generation happens on the server side, responses continue to be created even if the user's device disconnects or locks.
Who it’s for
Users who want a private, self-managed AI roleplay experience with multi-device synchronization and compatibility with the RisuAI ecosystem.
