How it works

SoulSync acts as a central hub that connects to various download sources (such as Soulseek, Tidal, Qobuz, Deezer, YouTube, Prowlarr, Torrents, and Usenet) and metadata providers (Spotify, Apple Music, Discogs, MusicBrainz, TMDB, TVDB). It uses a pipeline of enrichment workers to fetch metadata, verify file quality via fingerprinting (AcoustID) and real-audio checks, and organize files using customizable templates. It can either operate as a standalone player or integrate with media servers like Plex, Jellyfin, and Navidrome.
