How it works

The platform uses a visual drag-and-drop flow builder with over 15 node types to design conversation paths. It integrates with a wide variety of LLMs (including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and local models) to power AI agents. These agents are deployed across an omnichannel infrastructure supporting WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and more. The system is built as a monorepo using Next.js and TypeScript, utilizing PostgreSQL with pgvector for data and Redis for queue management.
