What it solves

Open AI UGC provides a free, open-source alternative to expensive AI video ad platforms like Arcads and MakeUGC. It eliminates high monthly per-seat subscriptions and vendor lock-in by allowing users to self-host their own UGC (User Generated Content) video studio, use their own actor/product images, and choose from multiple state-of-the-art video models.

How it works

Users provide a script and optionally upload up to seven reference images (such as faces or products). The system then uses the Muapi.ai API gateway to send these inputs to one of several supported video models (Veo 3.1, Seedance 2, Grok Video, or Happy Horse 1). The generation process is asynchronous: the app submits the request, and once the video is rendered, Muapi.ai sends a webhook callback to the application to update the video status and provide the final URL for the user to view in their dashboard.
