To ensure AI capabilities became a permanent part of the organization's operational structure, Scania avoided isolated individual training. Instead, the company mandated team-based onboarding.
"Everyone was only allowed to join if they joined as the whole team. That’s how we build continuity... we wanted it in the team DNA," says Jan Guhres.
