OpenAI DevDay 2025 Announcement

OpenAI has announced its third annual DevDay, scheduled for October 6, 2025, at Fort Mason in San Francisco. The event serves as a platform for OpenAI to share new technical advancements and provide developers with early access to upcoming tools and research.

Event Logistics and Attendance

OpenAI DevDay 2025 will bring together more than 1,500 developers. The cost to attend the in-person event is $650.

Interested developers can request to attend between July 23 and July 30, 2025. OpenAI will notify selected attendees by mid-August, after which there will be a one-week window for registration.

Programming and Keynote

The event will feature speakers including CEO Sam Altman and President Greg Brockman. Attendees will receive early looks at upcoming OpenAI releases and hear directly from the company's research, product, and engineering teams.

For those unable to attend in person, OpenAI will livestream the keynote on openai.com and record all other sessions for later distribution.
