Hugging Face Enterprise Hub now available on AWS Marketplace

Hugging Face now allows organizations to upgrade to Enterprise Hub using their AWS accounts via the AWS Marketplace. This integration simplifies procurement and billing for companies already utilizing AWS infrastructure, while providing access to advanced security, collaboration, and compute features.

Enterprise Hub Capabilities

Enterprise Hub is a premium subscription designed to transform a free Hugging Face organization into a secure, private, and collaborative AI development platform. The platform is GDPR compliant and SOC2 Type 2 certified.

Key exclusive features include:

  • Security and Access Control: Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) to verify employee status and Resource Groups for granular access control over repositories.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Storage Regions to keep repositories in Europe for GDPR compliance and detailed Audit Logs to track changes within the organization and its repositories.
  • Compute and Tooling: Access to higher quotas and more powerful GPUs, as well as the ability to train LLMs without code on NVIDIA H100 GPUs via NVIDIA DGX Cloud.
  • Collaboration Tools: A Private Datasets Viewer to facilitate collaboration on private data and dedicated Premium Support for cost control and optimization.

AWS Marketplace Integration and Billing

Organizations can now subscribe to the Hugging Face Platform through the AWS Marketplace. The pricing for Enterprise Hub via AWS is identical to the public Hugging Face pricing, but the billing is consolidated and managed directly through the user's AWS account.

Prerequisites for Integration

To connect an AWS account to Hugging Face, the following requirements must be met:

  • An active AWS account with permissions to subscribe to products on the AWS Marketplace.
  • A Hugging Face organization account with a registered and confirmed email (individual user accounts cannot be connected).
  • An "admin" role within the target Hugging Face organization.

Setup Process

Upgrading to Enterprise Hub via AWS involves a three-step connection and activation process:

1. Account Connection

Users must first subscribe to the Hugging Face offering on the AWS Marketplace. After subscribing, clicking "Set up your account" redirects the user to the Hugging Face platform to select the specific organization account to link with the AWS account.

2. Subscription Verification

Once the account is linked, the organization's billing settings will initially show a subscribe-pending status. Verification is complete when the user receives confirmation emails from both AWS and Hugging Face, and the status in the organization settings updates to subscribe-success.

3. Feature Activation

After the accounts are connected, the administrator must navigate to the "Enterprise Hub" tab in the organization's Billing settings, click "Subscribe Now," and select the required number of seats and the preferred billing frequency to finalize the upgrade.
