Anthropic has raised $65 billion in Series H funding, valuing the company at $965 billion post-money. This investment is intended to scale compute capacity to meet growing demand for Claude, advance safety and interpretability research, and expand the company's product offerings and partnerships.

Anthropic's post-money valuation has reached $965 billion following a Series H round led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia Capital. The round was co-led by Capital Group, Coatue, D1 Capital Partners, GIC, ICONIQ, and XN.

Key financial milestones include:

  • Total Funding Raised: $65 billion in Series H.
  • Run-rate Revenue: Exceeded $47 billion earlier in May 2026.
  • Hyperscaler Contributions: The round includes $15 billion of previously committed investments from hyperscalers, including $5 billion from Amazon.

Compute Infrastructure and Strategic Partnerships

To support the increasing demand for Claude, Anthropic has expanded its compute capacity through several high-profile agreements:

  • Cloud Platforms: Claude is the first frontier model available on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, with AWS serving as the primary cloud provider and training partner.
  • Capacity Agreements:
    • Amazon: Up to five gigawatts of new capacity.
    • Google and Broadcom: Five gigawatts of next-generation TPU capacity.
    • SpaceX: Access to GPU capacity in Colossus 1 and Colossus 2.
  • Hardware Partners: Strategic infrastructure partnerships have been established with Micron, Samsung, and SK hynix to secure the supply of memory, storage, and logic chips.

Product Evolution and Market Adoption

Global enterprises and individual users are integrating Claude into core operations and everyday workflows. Anthropic is focusing on making tools such as Claude Code and Cowork more powerful and adaptable to meet the needs of the global community.

According to Alfred Lin, Partner at Sequoia Capital, Global 5000 companies and startups are using Claude to handle complex workflows, allowing the model to learn the context, processes, and judgment required for business operations.
