Built in Zig and powered by the libghostty-vt engine, WispTerm acts as a high-performance terminal emulator that adds a layer of workspace management. It allows users to run terminal sessions alongside an embedded browser panel, a file explorer with rich preview capabilities (Markdown, images, PDFs), and dedicated AI agent tabs. It supports SSH port forwarding, workspace layout saving, and deep integration with AI models, enabling users to manage AI history, export transcripts, and switch models mid-session.
