Stop resetting satisfying AI chats — edit the memory instead. Local session manager for Claude Code, Codex & OpenCode & Gemini CLI & Kiro CLI & pi &Cursor . Tauri + Rust, 100% offline - 记忆操控,可视化随意改写AI记忆

What it solves

When using AI coding assistants, a single hallucination or wrong assumption early in a conversation can lead the AI to spiral, forcing the user to either restart the session and lose all context or manually re-explain everything. Memory Forge RS provides a way to edit the conversation history directly so the AI can resume from a corrected state.

How it works

It is a local desktop application built with Tauri v2 and Rust that reads the local data files of various AI CLI tools. It allows users to browse sessions and edit, erase, or inject messages within the conversation history. Once saved, the AI assistant picks up the corrected memory on the next resume command.

Who it’s for

Developers who use AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex CLI, OpenCode, Kiro CLI/IDE, and Gemini CLI and want more granular control over their session history.
