A curated collection of the strongest NotebookLM slide prompts sourced from the real creative underground . Your go-to resource for AI powerpoint :P
What it is
A free, open collection of copy-paste prompt templates for Google's NotebookLM (and a similar tool called Kael.im). Each template tells the AI how to format your source material — papers, notes, transcripts, or rough ideas — into presentation slides with a specific visual style.
Who it's for
Researchers, founders, and designers who want polished slide decks without manually formatting them. The prompts were gathered from social media power users (Twitter/X, WeChat, blogs, RED creators) and are described as "field-tested" by people who ship fast.
How it works
- Pick a style from the list (e.g., "Modern Newspaper," "Manga Style," "Studio / Mockup / Premium").
- Copy the long prompt text under that style.
- Paste it into NotebookLM or Kael.im along with your content.
- The AI generates slides following that style's design rules — colors, fonts, layout, mood.
What the styles cover
The collection is organized into six categories:
- Editorial & Business — newspaper-inspired, sharp minimalism, yellow/black editorial, creative-agency orange, seminar-style with minimal text.
- Pop, Youth & Street — manga, magazine, pink street-style, and a neo-retro pixel-infographic look.
- Typography-driven — a mix of Mincho font with handwritten touches.
- Artistic & Avant-Garde — watercolor, sculpture/vaporwave, neon tech-art, deformed flat personas.
- Professional / Premium — studio mockups with Apple-device visuals, clean tech aesthetics.
- Sports & High-energy — athletic, dynamic styles.
Each prompt is essentially a detailed design brief: it specifies color palettes (often with exact hex codes), font weights, layout rules (e.g., "1 slide = 1 message"), and what to avoid (e.g., "no gradients," "no corporate templates").
Extras in the repo
- A link to a separate citation checker skill that detects missing or hallucinated citations in slides.
- Promotional links to Kael.im (a NotebookLM slides alternative) and first-tree.ai (a collaboration tool), both mentioned in the README.

Bottom line
If you use NotebookLM and want your generated slides to look intentional and stylish rather than generic, this repo gives you a menu of ready-made design instructions to paste in.
