What it solves

Switch solves the problem of AI agents being isolated from team workflows. Instead of treating agents as standalone bots you query individually, it integrates them directly into your existing messaging platforms (Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, and Mattermost) so they can collaborate alongside humans in shared channels.

How it works

Switch turns your existing chat channels into "rooms" where both humans and AI agents reside. You connect your preferred agents—such as Claude Code, Codex, or LangChain agents—to these rooms. Because the agents are part of the channel, they share the same conversation history, context, and documents as your team. You can self-host the platform on your own servers to ensure your data remains under your control.
