Open-source CRM with native AI agent support. 37 MCP tools, REST API, self-hosted. Built with Laravel & Filament

Relaticle – Open‑Source, Self‑Hosted CRM for AI‑Powered Work

What it is – Relaticle is a web‑based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system you can run on your own server. It is built to be agent‑native: AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or any model you host can read, write, and analyse the CRM data through a dedicated MCP server and a standard REST API.

Why it matters – Many AI‑first startups want a place where their bots can store contacts, deals, notes, and task lists without sending data to a third‑party SaaS vendor. Relaticle gives you full control over the data (self‑hosted, AGPL‑3.0) while exposing the same programmable interfaces that AI agents need.

Core Features

  • Agent‑Native Infrastructure – MCP server + REST API with full CRUD, schema introspection, activity logs, and pipeline analytics. AI agents can query or update records just like a human user.
  • Customizable Data Model – Add fields of type text, date, currency, selects, or relational links on the fly; per‑field encryption is built‑in, and no database migrations are required.
  • Multi‑Workspace Isolation – Separate data per workspace with role‑based permissions, ideal for multi‑tenant teams.
  • Privacy‑First – Self‑hosted under AGPL‑3.0, so you keep all customer data on‑premise.
  • Modern UI – Clean interface built with Laravel 13, Filament 5, Livewire 4 and Vite, responsive for desktop and mobile.
  • Automated Testing – GitHub Actions run a test suite on every push; composer test runs it locally.

Tech Stack

Layer Technology
Backend Laravel 13 (PHP 8.5)
UI Filament 5, Livewire 4, Vite
Database PostgreSQL 17+
Queues Redis (optional)
Packaging Composer, Node.js 22+
API REST + MCP (custom protocol for AI agents)

Typical Use Cases

  • AI‑augmented sales – An autonomous agent suggests next‑step actions, updates deal stages, and logs call notes.
  • Customer support bots – Retrieve a contact’s history, create tickets, and add follow‑up tasks without human intervention.
  • Internal tooling – Teams can script workflows that manipulate CRM records directly from code or LLM prompts.
  • SMBs seeking vendor‑lock‑in avoidance – Deploy on‑premise and retain full control over data and customizations.

Getting Started

# Clone and install
git clone https://github.com/Relaticle/relaticle.git
cd relaticle && composer app-install

The installer sets up the database, runs migrations, and builds the front‑end assets. For development you can run everything with:

composer dev # starts server, queue worker and Vite dev server
composer test # run the test suite
composer lint # code formatting

For production, follow the Self‑Hosting Guide (Docker or manual) linked in the docs.

License

Relaticle is released under the AGPL‑3.0 license, meaning you can use, modify, and redistribute it, but any network‑accessible deployment must also share its source.

Relaticle positions itself as the bridge between modern AI agents and traditional CRM data, giving developers a privacy‑preserving, extensible platform to build AI‑first workflows.
