How it works

The plugin integrates the Google Cloud Speech Recognition API directly into OBS. It monitors a selected audio source (typically the microphone) and generates captions when that source is unmuted and active. These captions are then sent to Twitch's built-in caption support. It also supports "Open Captions" by outputting text to OBS Text Sources for platforms that do not support native closed captions.
