What it solves

ChatGPT does not provide a native, one-click way to download or save your entire chat history in various useful formats. This tool fills that gap by allowing you to extract your conversations for offline storage, sharing, or use in other applications.

How it works

This is a browser UserScript that runs via the Tampermonkey extension. Once installed, it adds an export menu directly into the ChatGPT sidebar. You can trigger an export from this menu to save your current conversation or use the "Export All" feature to download multiple conversations at once.

Who it’s for

It is for ChatGPT users who want to back up their chat history, convert conversations into structured formats like Markdown or JSON, or capture visual records of their interactions.

Highlights

• Supports multiple export formats including Markdown, HTML, JSON, plain text, and PNG screenshots.
• Includes a bulk "Export All" feature for downloading multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Compatible with specialized JSON formats for tools like TavernAI, SillyTavern, and Ooba.
• Integrates directly into the ChatGPT interface for one-click access.
