How it works

Starting with a single front-facing illustration, the project uses a structured AI generation workflow. It breaks the character down into 22 specific tasks, including three-view angles, facial expressions, clothing layers, and accessories. Each element is generated using an image model with the original art as a reference, then verified for accuracy and stitched together into a high-resolution landscape layout at a 1:1 pixel ratio.
