Real-time global intelligence dashboard. AI-powered news aggregation, geopolitical monitoring, and infrastructure tracking in a unified situational awareness interface

What it solves

World Monitor provides a unified situational awareness interface for real-time global intelligence. It solves the problem of fragmented information by aggregating news feeds, geopolitical monitoring, infrastructure tracking, and financial data into a single, AI-powered dashboard.

How it works

The system aggregates attributed upstream sources across various domains (geopolitics, finance, energy, climate, etc.) and uses AI to synthesize these feeds into briefs. It features a dual map engine (3D globe and WebGL flat map) to visualize data. For AI processing, it supports local execution via Ollama or cloud providers like Groq and OpenRouter, and uses Transformers.js for browser-side ML.

Who it’s for

It is designed for users needing high-level global monitoring, including those interested in geopolitical risk, financial markets, and infrastructure tracking, as well as developers who want to integrate these intelligence tools via SDKs or an MCP server.

Highlights

  • AI-Synthesized Briefs: Converts curated news feeds into concise summaries.
  • Local AI Support: Ability to run the entire system with Ollama to avoid API keys.
  • CII v8 Stress Scoring: A server-authoritative Country Instability Index for Tier-1 registries.
  • Agent-Ready Architecture: Includes an MCP server, REST API, and SDKs for Python, Ruby, and Go to enable programmatic access for AI agents.
  • Cross-Stream Correlation: Converges signals from military, economic, disaster, and escalation sources.
