jazzyalex/agent-sessions

Local-first macOS app to browse, search, analyze, and resume supported AI coding-agent session history across Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor Agent, Antigravity, Hermes, OpenClaw, Copilot CLI, and more.

Agent Sessions for macOS – Quick Overview

What it is – A native macOS application (written in Swift) that indexes, searches, and lets you resume local conversation histories from a variety of coding‑assistant agents (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, DeepSeek Harness, etc.). All data stays on your computer; the app does not upload transcripts.

Key capabilities

  • Unified search across prompts, responses, tool calls, command output, errors, file paths and image references from 16 supported agents.
  • Resume sessions – copy a resume command or launch a supported CLI session directly in Terminal, iTerm2 or Warp.
  • Quota meter – shows live per‑session token/price burn for Codex and Claude against their 5‑hour and weekly limits, plus an API‑equivalent cost estimate.
  • Session Info panel – provider‑neutral metadata plus detailed telemetry (model, token count, request count, pricing) when the source records it.
  • Privacy‑first – indexing and search are performed locally; only signed Sparkle updates and a public price list are fetched.
