创业公司做 AI 产品的 7 步 Agent Skill 合集:验证 → BP → 政策 → 路演 → 获客 → 定价 → 注册。
What is this?
AI Startup Skills is a bundle of seven "Agent Skills" — packaged instructions that teach an AI coding agent (like Codex or Claude Code) how to help you build an AI product as a solo founder. It also includes a router skill that figures out which of the seven steps you're on and hands you off to the right one.
Think of it as a guided checklist for starting a one-person AI company: you tell it what you're building and how far you've gotten, and it tells you what to do next.
The 7 steps
Each step is a separate skill (and also a standalone repo you can install alone):
- AI MVP Validation — Check if anyone actually wants your product before you build it or write a business plan.
- Business Plan Skill — Write business plans, pitch materials, and applications for incubators and competitions.
- OPC Policy Navigator — Find government policies, subsidies, compute vouchers, and community spaces for one-person companies.
- AI Pitch Coach — Prepare roadshow scripts and handle judge Q&A for parks, incubators, and startup competitions.
- OPC Growth Playbook — Cold-start customer acquisition on Chinese platforms: Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat Channels.
- OPC Pricing & Sales — Set pricing, build packages, create quotes, and close deals.
- OPC Registration & Compliance — Choose your business entity type, follow a registration checklist, and track annual reports and compliance deadlines.
How the router works
You describe what you're doing (e.g., "I have an idea for an AI note-taking app, nothing built yet"). The router:
- Determines which stage you're at
- Asks at most two clarifying questions
- Calls the matching sub-skill
- After each step, suggests what to do next and why
Default order for a new founder: 1 → 2 → 3/7 → 4 → 5 → 6. Steps 3 and 7 can run in parallel, but you usually need to register your company before applying for policies.
Why bundle instead of installing individually?
| Standalone install | This bundle |
|---|---|
| You must judge which skill to use | The router picks by stage |
| Each step's output is isolated | Output flows forward: validation evidence → business plan → policy/pitch |
| Seven repos to install and update | One install, one sync script |
If you only need one step, you can install just that repo instead.
Who it's for
Good fit:
- Solo founders and early-stage teams in China building AI tools, apps, or agents
- People who want to follow the full sequence: validate → plan → policy → pitch → grow → price → register
Not a fit:
- Anyone needing formal legal or tax advice (the toolkit is informational only)
- VC fundraising pitches (the pitch coach targets parks, incubators, and competitions, not VCs)
How to install and use
Install (example for Codex):
git clone https://github.com/huaxialucaicaizi/ai-startup-skills.git
mkdir -p ~/.agents/skills
cp -R ai-startup-skills/skills/* ~/.agents/skills/
cp -R ai-startup-skills ~/.agents/skills/ai-startup-skills
Claude Code uses ~/.claude/skills instead. Other tools that support Agent Skills (like Cursor) can install it their own way.
Use it:
Use ai-startup-skills to tell me which startup stage I am at and what to do next: ___ (what you're building, what you've done)
Or call a specific step directly:
Use opc-pricing-sales to price this AI product: ___
Key principles
The README states four rules the skills follow:
- No invented data — no made-up industry benchmarks, case studies, or testimonials; examples are marked as fictional
- Official sources only — policies, laws, and platform rules link to official originals
- Information, not legal/tax advice
- Sub-skill rules win — once you're inside a step, that step's own instructions take over
Maintenance and updates
The seven sub-skills are maintained in their own separate repos. This bundle pulls the latest versions with:
./scripts/sync.sh
python3 scripts/validate.py
The validation script checks the router and all seven sub-skills' metadata.
Limitations worth knowing
- China-focused: policy navigation, registration/compliance, and platform growth target mainland China. The validation, planning, pitching, and pricing logic is more general.
- Info can go stale: policies and regulations change; the skills link to official sources, so you should open the originals to confirm.
- Not legal advice: it's guidance, not a substitute for professionals.
