How it works

The tool acts as a CLI wrapper for the Postiz API. It supports two authentication methods: an OAuth2 device flow or a static API key. Once authenticated, users can:

  • Discover Capabilities: Query available integrations, retrieve platform-specific character limits, and fetch dynamic data (like Reddit flairs or YouTube playlists) using integration tools.
  • Create and Schedule: Generate posts or drafts with content, media, and platform-specific settings. It supports multi-platform campaigns and threading (converting comments into threads on X/Twitter or replies on Reddit).
  • Manage Media: Upload files to Postiz servers first to ensure they are hosted on trusted domains, which is a requirement for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Analyze: Retrieve engagement metrics for both overall platforms and individual posts.
