A Fully free agentic browser driver for AI , few tools, full control, real stealth, top-tier token efficiency.
What it solves
Bladebro is an agentic browser driver designed to give AI agents full control of a real web browser. It solves the problem of high token usage and fragility in browser automation by replacing massive page snapshots with a persistent "Live Page Model" that only returns what has changed (deltas) after an action. It also addresses bot detection by implementing a multi-layer stealth system to bypass anti-bot vendors.
How it works
Built in Rust on a custom CDP (Chrome DevTools Protocol) transport, Bladebro operates as a single static binary with no runtime dependencies like Node.js or Playwright. It provides five core tools (act, see, state, run, and vision) that an agent can use to interact with the browser. It maintains a persistent state across tool calls, allowing for self-healing references to elements that survive DOM re-renders. It can also be configured to drive a user's own existing Chromium-family browser profile to avoid detection entirely.
Who it’s for
It is intended for developers building AI agents (using frameworks like Claude, Cursor, pi, or Cline) who need their agents to perform real-world web navigation, data extraction, and interaction without being blocked by bot detectors.
Highlights
- Delta-first results: Returns only changes to the page, significantly reducing token consumption compared to full-page dumps.
- 6-layer stealth: Includes protocol, environment, behavior, coherence, residue, and seasoning layers to bypass anti-bot protections.
- Re-render immunity: Uses structural fingerprints to ensure element references survive React/Vue/Angular DOM replacements.
- 5-tool architecture: Simplifies the agent's toolset to five high-level tools, reducing tool-definition token overhead.
- Real-browser mode: Ability to drive the user's own Chrome profile and logins.
- Self-healing: Automatically re-resolves dead references and relaunches crashed browser instances.
