What it solves

This project provides a comprehensive search and filtering system for South Korean government and public institution support programs. It solves the problem of missing relevant opportunities because keyword searches often fail to capture programs that might be applicable to a startup (e.g., an AI startup qualifying for a "content creation" grant). Instead of simple keyword matching, it performs an exhaustive review of all available listings to find the best matches based on a user's specific profile.

How it works

The tool operates as a plugin or "skill" for various AI agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini CLI). It follows a specific workflow:

1. Profiling: It identifies the user's startup stage, location, and needs (funding, space, R&D) and saves this to a profile file.
2. Exhaustive Collection: It crawls data from multiple sources including K-Startup, Bizinfo, NIPA, KOCCA, and SMTECH. It can use official APIs (like the data.go.kr API for K-Startup) or fall back to web crawling.
3. Verification: It examines the full text of detailed announcements to verify eligibility requirements.
4. Categorized Reporting: It generates a report classifying opportunities into three groups:
   • Group A: Immediately applicable based on current status.
   • Group B: Applicable if certain milestones are met (e.g., establishing a corporation).
   • Group C: Applicable if the project is "reframed" or described differently (e.g., describing AI voice tech as an "audio content pipeline").
