How it works

This project functions as an installable "Skill" for AI agent hosts (like DeepSeek Harness or Claude Code). It uses a local SQLite database to track relationships, time, and facts, ensuring that the narrative remains consistent even if the AI model changes. When you interact with the agent, the local engine enforces "hard boundaries" and state management, while the connected AI model handles the creative writing and dialogue. You can save, export, and branch your stories, and the system supports features like "fast-forwarding" time, where the world continues to evolve even when you are not present.
