How it works

Built with Tauri, React, and Rust, Jean acts as a powerful wrapper around your existing local CLI installations. It manages the execution of these AI tools and integrates them with developer utilities like git worktrees, terminals, and external services like GitHub and Linear. It can be run as a native desktop application or as a headless server that exposes its UI via HTTP/WebSocket for browser-based access.
