How it works

It is a native macOS menu bar application built on CLIProxyAPIPlus. It acts as a proxy server that handles OAuth authentication, token management, and API routing. Users authenticate with their AI providers via the app, and VibeProxy routes those requests to the coding tools. It also integrates with Vercel AI Gateway to provide a safer way to access Claude Max subscriptions without using OAuth tokens directly.
