What it solves

This project provides a library of specialized workflows to prevent LLMs from producing generic or verbose responses when performing strategy work. It solves the problem of "insight before structure," where AI often jumps to conclusions without first framing the problem, auditing assumptions, or applying rigorous consulting logic (such as MECE structures).

How it works

The repository contains 21 standalone "skills" delivered as Markdown files. Each file acts as a prompt-based workflow that teaches Claude how to execute a specific high-value consulting task. These skills are organized into six domains:

1. Diagnosis and Framing: Root cause analysis and situation assessment.
2. Market and Competitive Intelligence: Market mapping and profit pool analysis.
3. Strategic Choice and Economics: Business case building and pricing strategy.
4. Operating Model and Execution: Transformation roadmaps and initiative prioritization.
5. Risk, Performance, and Value Governance: War gaming and KPI architecture.
6. Alignment and Executive Communication: Narrative building and decision memos.

Users install a skill by renaming the desired Markdown file to SKILL.md and uploading it to Claude.
