How it works

The system uses an AI Assistant as the primary interaction point, connecting three core components:

• CRM Core: Manages structured data including customer profiles, contact history, and opportunity stages.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Connects product manuals, contracts, and meeting notes to allow the AI to generate professional answers based on internal company data.
• Workflow Engine: Extracts action items from conversations and analysis to automatically generate tasks, schedules, and priorities.

It integrates with OpenAI-compatible APIs and supports private deployment using a stack of Java 21, Spring Boot 3, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MinIO.
