What it solves
reBot-DevArm provides an accessible, fully open-source hardware and software stack for developers to learn and deploy Embodied AI. How it works
The project offers two versions of a 6-DOF robotic arm (B601-DM and B601-RS) with a gripper. It combines open-source mechanical designs (sheet metal and 3D printed parts) with a comprehensive software ecosystem. The system is controllable via a Python SDK and integrates with industry-standard frameworks including ROS1/2, Pinocchio for kinematics, and Isaac Sim for simulation. It also supports the Hugging Face LeRobot training framework for AI-driven control.
