Oh My Hermes (OMH) transforms the Hermes Agent into a comprehensive software development lifecycle (SDLC) engine. It moves beyond simple chatbot interactions by providing a curated set of skills, workflows, and specialized agent roles that allow Hermes to autonomously design, build, ship, and monitor real-world software projects on a VPS or local machine.

How it works

OMH installs a layer of 36 skills, 6 workflows, and 7 specialized agent roles into the Hermes Agent environment. It uses a "CTO loop" to coordinate these agents via a Kanban system. The process follows a linear progression: Understand $\rightarrow$ Design $\rightarrow$ Build $\rightarrow$ Check $\rightarrow$ Ship $\rightarrow$ Learn.

The system coordinates seven distinct roles:

  • CTO: Manages the roadmap, delegates tasks, and provides daily reports.
  • Product (PM): Handles requirements, SEO, and growth strategy.
  • Designer: Manages UX, visual verification, and launch assets.
  • Builder (Dev): Implements code using engines like Claude Code or Codex.
  • Security: Performs automated security audits and release gating.
  • Reviewer (QA): Verifies user experience and runs health checks.
  • Ops: Manages Vercel deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
