MioMioOS/MioIsland
macOS Dynamic Island for AI coding agents. Monitor, approve, and jump to Claude Code sessions from the notch.
What it solves
MioIsland provides a visual and remote management interface for AI agents, specifically designed as a companion for Claude Code. It moves agent status monitoring, session lists, and permission approvals from the terminal to a dedicated macOS "Dynamic Island" style interface and extends these capabilities to iPhone via real-time synchronization.
How it works
The system uses a hook-based architecture. It captures hook events and sends them through a Unix Socket (/tmp/codeisland.sock), which then uses cmux to send commands back to the terminal. This allows the system to provide response previews, remote launching, and state synchronization between a Mac and an iPhone.
Who it’s for
Developers using Claude Code on macOS who want a more integrated, visual way to manage their AI agent sessions and handle permissions without being tied to the terminal window.
