What it solves

Knowledge workers often forget what they actually worked on, waste time manually writing standups, and struggle to explain why a task took longer than estimated. Meridian removes the need to hand-type any of that by automatically capturing, logging, and summarising your real screen activity.

How it works

A lightweight Rust daemon runs quietly in the background on your machine and captures your screen activity, storing everything in an encrypted local database. When you ask a question or at the end of the day, Meridian processes this captured activity to rebuild a scrubbable timeline of your day. It then connects to whichever AI provider you choose, sends only the data needed for a summary, and generates a daily recap, a ready-to-paste standup, and drafted Jira worklog or ticket updates that wait for your approval before being posted.
