What it solves

This project provides a suite of tools to help creators manage and grow an Instagram account without violating platform terms of service. It solves the problem of creating high-performing content (Reels, carousels, stories) and profiles that feel human and avoid the "AI slop" aesthetic, while ensuring that the creator remains the final decision-maker before posting.

How it works

It consists of thirteen "skills" designed for Claude (an AI assistant) and five local Python tools. The AI handles the creative planning, drafting, and strategy, while the Python scripts perform objective measurements on your machine:

• Hook Scoring: Ranks video hooks based on specificity and stakes to kill weak options before filming.
• Beat Sheets: Estimates the timing of scripts to ensure they fit within target durations and avoid static frames.
• Caption Linting: Previews exactly how a caption will look in the feed (the first 125 characters) and checks for hashtag limits.
• Humanizing: Strips invisible watermark characters, removes common AI-generated "slop" vocabulary, and flags structural patterns that signal AI authorship.
• Viral Analysis: Ranks competing reels by their performance relative to the account's median reach to identify truly viral formulas.
