DozenTwelve/Papermorph
An AI skill that turns books into animated, narrated, interactive web experiences
What it solves
Papermorph transforms static PDF documents into interactive, animated web books. It is designed to turn dense educational material—such as math or physics textbooks—into engaging, step-by-step digital lessons that include narration, diagrams, and quizzes.
How it works
The project operates as a "Skill" for the Claude Code agent. It processes a PDF by breaking it down into a structured conversation, generating storyboards, creating narration, and finally producing animated web content. Users guide the process through an interactive prompt flow, where choices are saved into a style.json file to ensure consistency across chapters. The resulting content is rendered in a dedicated web player engine that supports speed controls, keyboard navigation, and progress tracking. It also includes tools to export these lessons as MP4 videos with subtitles.
Who it’s for
