Claude Code Usage Monitor is a lightweight Windows taskbar widget that allows users to track their AI coding assistant usage limits (quotas) in real-time without having to open a terminal or visit provider websites. It specifically targets users of Claude Code, but also supports other tools like Codex, Google Antigravity, OpenCode Go, and Cursor.

How it works

The application reads authenticated credentials from local configuration files or system managers (such as ~/.claude/.credentials.json or Windows Credential Manager) to poll usage data from the provider's API endpoints. It then displays this information as visual progress bars and countdown timers directly in the Windows taskbar, system tray, or as floating windows.
